    Information systems are currently growing rapidly which allows all jobs in life to be assisted by information technology. This technology that can help make things easier, faster, safer, and more effective is clearly very useful for anyone who uses it. This includes helping micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME),especially boarding house owners, in promoting their boarding houses and making it easier for someone who is looking for a boarding house to live in. This boarding house search and rental information system is a website-based information system as a means to provide boarding house information for boarding house seekers, as well as for boarding house managers to promote the boarding houses they rent and manage all things related to the boarding house on the website quickly and easy. The methodology used in making this Information System is to use the waterfall method with stages, with stages, namely Requitments Definition depicted by Flowcharts, Requirements Analysis and Definition described by DFD (Data Flow Diagrams), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) and databases. Implementation and Unit Testing with the programming languages used, namely HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript and MySQL, Integration and System Testing using the Blackbox Method

    We present a novel biometric solution which exploits hand gestures, tracked by the Microsoft Kinect sensor, performed in response to a circle randomly appearing in five predefined screen positions. Features of both hand and screen pointer are used for classification purposes, considering both the whole 20-path trajectory and shorter routes. In particular, we search for the "optimal" trajectory length which assures a good trade-off between precision and user effort. For identification, the approach achieves classification accuracies ranging from 0.748 to 0.942. For verification, accuracy is still satisfactory (always higher than 0.962), despite moderate specificity values. Keywords: Soft biometrics, Gestures, Visual stimul

Di sanggar seni igal jue para pemain alat musik kangkanung hanya dapat berlatih di sanggar dikarenakan jumlah alat musik kangkanung yang digunakan terbilang terbatas oleh harga yang begitu mahal berdasarkan bahan yang digunakan mulai Rp1.000.000,- hingga sampai Rp1.500.000,- per gong kangkanung.  Di era perkembangan teknologi saat ini alat musik elektrik telah banyak dibuat dan digunakan sebagai opsi tambahan media berlatih memainkan alat musik tradisional. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah rancang bangun kangkanung elektrik dengan sensor piezoelektrik berbasis mikrokontroler. Rancang bangun kangkanung elektrik dengan sensor piezoelektrik berbasis mikrokontroler pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dimana data didapatkan dari beberapa kali percobaan dengan tahap-tahap pengerjaan yaitu analisi sistem, perancangan sistem, perakitan sistem, pemrograman sistem, dan Pengujian sistem. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem rancang dan bangun yaitu alat musik kangkanung elektrik yang telah dapat digunakan dengan 10 sensor piezoelektrik sebagai penerima intensitas kekuatan pukulan yang memiliki 5 level velocity dengan nada pentatonik la, do, re, mi, dan sol pada 5 pad atas dan 5 pad bawah, berbasis mikrokontroler arduino mega 2560 dengan 3 kontrol tuning pada nada do = C, do = G, dan do = D pada data set sample suara kangkanung, terhubung dengan speaker sebagai media pengeluar output suara kangkanun

The final result of this research is a package receiving box that can be controlled and provides notification via telegram, where this tool uses a camera as a person detector and ultrasonic to detect items in the box, which will later provide notifications to the telegram bot so that the package owner knows if there is a courier or not in front of the package receiving box, and also telegram can control the servo to unlock the package receiving box itself
